Get in Touch
We enjoy hearing from fellow drone pilots, whether you have a question, a story or a suggestion. The quickest way to reach us is the contact form below. Please include as much detail as you can, such as your drone model, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. The more context you give, the more useful our reply is likely to be. For privacy and security reasons, please do not include passwords, payment details or any other sensitive personal information in your message. We read every message, although we cannot always give personal troubleshooting for every drone.
Feedback & Corrections
Accuracy matters to us, and drone equipment changes quickly. If you notice an error, an outdated recommendation, a broken link or a product that no longer matches our description, please let us know through the contact form below. Tell us which page you were reading and what you think should change, and add a source if you have one. We review every correction, update the article when the report is confirmed and aim to make the fix visible. Constructive feedback on how we can make our guides clearer or more helpful is equally welcome.
Partnerships & Suggestions
If you have an idea for a topic we should cover, a question that deserves its own guide or a resource we should know about, send it through the contact form below. We are open to thoughtful suggestions from pilots, instructors and other drone enthusiasts. For partnership or collaboration enquiries, please describe your proposal briefly and explain how it would help our readers. Please note that we choose what to recommend based on usefulness to our audience, so we do not accept payment in exchange for favorable coverage, and sponsored relationships, where they exist, are always disclosed.
Response Time
We aim to reply to messages within a few business days. Volumes can be higher at busy times of year, and some questions need research before we can answer properly, so please be patient if you have not heard back right away. If your message concerns a safety issue with a product, tell us in the first line so that we can look at it quickly. For urgent flight safety or emergency matters, please contact your local authorities or the manufacturer directly rather than waiting for a reply from us.
Learning to fly slowly builds the habits that keep your drone in one piece.
